Well, I've just gone and changed the template of the site a bit. It's still pink, though. No big changes happening there. Somehow pink has wormed its way into being probably my favourite colour. Pink and black. I always used to say blue was my favourite colour, but I have very little blue in my wardrobe. Pink, however, is everywhere.
Anyway, what's been happening?
Well, the best news is that I got a role in a play. Yay me! It's "Miss Bosnia" by Louis Nowra, and it's going on at the Brisbane Arts Theatre in February.
It's the first play I've actually auditioned for in a while and been nervous about - because I really, really wanted to be in it! The only bummer is that it rehearses (as most plays do) on Sundays, which means work will take a bashing. And I've only got two shifts next week - bugger. They have most of their staff back from holidays etc so the casual work is slowing a bit. I really want to work full time, but I also want to have a life outside of work. I know, I know, I obviously want too much. ;) We'll see how it goes.
Eh, it's all confusing. In other news, I'll be doing some impro with some other wacky funsters at the Arts Theatre's "Larf and a Harf" fundraising variety show this Sunday 21 November. It's 2pm-4pm and only $12. Come along!
Ciao for now, Natalie.
P.S. Doesn't that sound pretentious?
P.P.S But then, I am writing on a blog. Who am I kidding? ;)
